An IPTV player for Mac
Supernova brings your compatible M3U playlists and Xtream sources to macOS. It is a player for your existing sources, not a service that supplies television access.
Download on theApp StoreChoose a Mac player with your source in mind
Confirm whether your source supplies a playlist or Xtream connection details. Supernova supports both source types; the available streams still come from that source.
Check macOS compatibility before installing
Use the official App Store listing for current system and device requirements. Do not assume that a player available on Mac supports every older operating system or hardware configuration.
Separate connection problems from playback problems
If the source cannot be reached, check its address, access and network connection. If only a particular stream fails, the stream itself or its compatibility may be involved. Contact support with the symptom, without sharing passwords.
Download for offline viewing on Mac
Supernova supports downloads for offline viewing on macOS. The media comes from your source; the app does not supply a download catalogue.
A Mac within your Apple ecosystem
iCloud synchronisation supports profiles, favourites and playback progress across your supported Apple devices. Source access remains your own.
Know the limits of the stream and player
On macOS, HDR and audio are handled by VLC or the native Apple player. NovaEngine’s tvOS capabilities do not guarantee the same output on Mac; check the stream, playback engine and connected equipment.
